A trio in purple for electronic music, a solo with yellow percussion, or a quartet for piano music in blue? Each time Change is performed, the show is completely unique!

An audience-engaging Pahkinen puzzle as Virpi celebrates 40 years on stage
Welcome to a kaleidoscopic and playful concept where chance determines the shape of the work. Five choreographies meet five different musical compositions and lighting designs, each with its unique character. Through an initial lottery, the audience draws the evening's unique combination of dance, music, and light. Will it be a purple trio for electronic music, a solo with yellow percussion, or perhaps a quartet for piano music in blue?

Change is a fascinating game where mathematics and precision are balanced with playfulness and imagination. A meeting between structure and chance that takes you on a dizzying journey.

"Change is full of beauty in its stripped-down aesthetic, all the way to the costumes. A Pahkinen puzzle that, despite its inherent variability, conveys harmony. I’m tempted to see it again with new combinations." – SvD
