Bremen is a city in northern Germany. It's more than 1200 years old and was one of the foremost cities during the era of the Hanseatic League. It is situated near the outlet of river Weser. Since it's possible to navigate the river, even with seafaring ships, Bremen's port is important for the country. Bremen is also a large industrial city with car manufacturing (Mercedes Benz), space and aircrafts (Airbus), as well as breweries (Beck's).
