Hercules will arrange Song Contest in May. Winner will get own song produced by international professional song writers. The song will be sent to Finnish Eurovision preselection next year. Next year rules are not out yet, but at least this year you have to be Finnish citizen or live in Finland. That is probably the rule also in next year.
