Many people dream about paradise island Capri. Here you find romantic restaurants and pleasant walks through spice scented landscapes. Capri was the stomping ground of the jet set in the 50s and 60s with Grace Kelly, Elizabeth Taylor, Rita Hayworth and Greta Garbo as faithful visitors. Capri is an exclusive holiday destination with steep cliffs, clear water, picturesque villages and beautiful views. Here you can sit next to the sphinx in the fabulous garden of San Michele and look out over this legendary and romantic island, though not for those with acrophobia… The pizza was invented in Naples and the best pizza is found in Maternita in Anacapri. On Capri you sunbathe primarily on the cliffs, or on one of the beaches near Marina Grande or Marina Piccola. However, there are also great opportunities to find “your own” Capri. The island is full of secluded cliffs and it’s a pleasure to cool of in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean after a day of sightseeing on the island. If you plan to propose Capri is the place to do it! Capri is an excellent starting point for excursions. Visit Pompeii, the city that was buried by a sudden volcanic eruption from Vesuvius. Capri is really small but it can brag with a couple of amazing gay restaurants.
